Delete your MannyBot account
You can delete your MannyBot account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website. You can no longer sign in to it from that moment, and your information is deleted from our systems within 90 days.
How to delete it
- Open MannyBot (the iPhone or Android app, or mannybot.com) and sign in.
- Tap Account at the top of the screen.
- Tap Delete my account, confirm it's you (your password, or your Google or Apple sign-in), and confirm again.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Your settings, usage counters and consent record.
- Any subscription you pay for, which is cancelled immediately so you are not charged again.
- Your registered phones and tablets for notifications.
- Nameplate photos you scanned.
- Team invitations you sent that were not yet accepted.
What is kept
The questions you asked are kept, with your name, email address, organization and device removed, so they can no longer be connected to you. We use them to improve MannyBot's answers. Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are kept as the law requires.
Own a team? If you own a MannyBot team that still has other members, remove your teammates first, or email us to transfer ownership. A team owner who is the only member can delete their account normally, and the team is closed with it.
Can't sign in?
Email support@shieldtune.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within 30 days.
